DOUBLE PAGE 210mm x 420mm £295 + VAT

FULL PAGE 210mm x 297mm £195 + VAT

HALF-PAGE 175mm x 125mm £155 + VAT

QUARTER PAGE 85mm x 60mm £75 + VAT

FRONT PAGE BANNER 180mm x 30mm £175 + VAT

(Full-page and double-page adverts must include 3mm bleed to all sides).

All documents need to be submitted to us no later than the 15th of each month to ensure their inclusion in the upcoming issue. It is essential that all outstanding invoices are settled before the 20th of the month in order for your advertisement to be featured in the scheduled edition.

Please ensure that all adverts are saved in the following formats: PDF, JPEG, TIFF, PHOTOSHOP, or ILLUSTRATOR. It is important to note that the image resolutions should be set at 300 DPI and in full CMYK color. Any other colors used, such as spot, RGB, or Pantone, can be converted to CMYK, which may result in color-related problems. Please ensure all fonts are outlined or embedded to avoid any font substitutions or issues.

Acceptable formats

Adverts must exclusively feature images that have been paid for as stock or are owned by the customer. The advertiser bears full responsibility for any copyright concerns, and we shall not be held accountable. It is strictly prohibited to utilise downloaded images from the internet or any scanned image/s unless a valid license is owned.

Custom advert design

If required, we can create and design your advertisement. You will receive a professionally designed advertisement that incorporates your corporate or business colors. The customer is responsible for providing all text. In the event that we utilise our own stock images, there will be a fee of £8 per image used. Before sending the final advertisement to the printing press, a PDF proof will be provided for approval. The charges for advertisement design and artwork are as follows: .

• QUARTER PAGE ADVERT £65

• FRONT PAGE BANNER ADVERT £60

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Once the advert is designed and art-worked, it can be used free of charge for future issues if used at the same size with no changes to the advert.

Liability

If we are responsible for designing your advertisement, please email us the advertisement text or brief. Before printing, we will send you a proof of all artworks that must be approved by the customer. Once the advertisement is printed, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, unless it is a printing issue defined by us.
